I offer a no-pressure approach to our first meeting. Most people are willing to dedicate 15 minutes for a virtual visit together. Here you can get a feel for what it may be like to work together. We can also discuss areas of concerns, a budget you may have for therapy, and any questions you may have. After that, if you decide you want to move forward with counseling you are able to privately book directly on my therapy schedule.
